Our Women’s Social Cricket competition returns this week, re-launched as Women’s Smash. Supported once again by Churchill Private Hospital this format uses a softer ball so no need for protective gear such as helmets, gloves and batting pads making it suitable for those wanting to give cricket a try for the first time in a social atmosphere as well as those returning for another season. Games are from 6pm to 7pm every 2nd Tuesday with players enjoying a social drink & refreshments afterwards. Enter a team of six or as an individual and we will find a team for you. Email Liv@marlboroughcricket.co.nz to register or for more information.
